It is a furnished rental which offers you a great autonomy during your holidays. Tennis Action still has openings at all levels for their year-long weekly classes which run from October through May. Set in the leafy, green suburb of Rueil-Malmaison, this exclusive country club is normally open only to members; but non-member children 3 to 16 years can sign up for golf, tennis or swimming lessons throughout the year. Seasonal classes have started, but you can call to check if they have a spot open for your kid’s sport of choice. Young children from 0 to 6 will have fun discovering music, rhythm, and dance with percussion instruments, theatre songs, gymnastic movements and puppets at the Jack N’ Jill Music Club. They have locations in Paris and in the suburbs near Disneyland Paris, and will soon be opening another location in Paris . Most workshops are in French, but during school holidays, some locations offer workshops in English.

For a swim with a view – and oh, what a view it is – overlooking the Eiffel Tower, Montmartre and le Sacré-Coeur, Le Bristol is the place to be. With teak decking and a nautical theme all around, plus a balcony outside to dry off during summer months, you’ll feel like you’re on the prow of a private yacht. There’s a laps-only pool for serious swim training and a second pool for leisurely swimmers and little ones (when Aquabiking courses aren’t in session). Keller treats its water with ozone filtering instead of chlorine, and has a sliding roof which opens to let the sun in when it’s warm out. It’s a very modern facility, but don’t forget a pair of flip flops for the locker room. Soccer’s super-popular here in France, and registration for spaces at clubs are done in May/June.
Marymount School, Paris is accredited by the Middle States Association of College and Schools, and was founded by the Religious of the Sacred Heart of Mary in 1923. Today its aim is to fulfill the needs of elementary school students who will be spending only a few years in France and who wish to maintain continuity with an English-speaking program of education. It is a catholic, independent school open to boys and girls of all nationalities and religions. It has close ties with other Marymount Schools throughout the world.

This will be the case, for example, for a pupil wishing to join the school with no or very little English and/or French. After this transitional period, pupils will enter the class corresponding to their level. Although we aim consistently for educational excellence, we do not put academic barriers in the way of pupils who would like to join our primary school.
The Upper School (grades 10-12) prepares students for the French Baccalaureate and the International Option of the French Baccalaureate . APARC provides English classes for the children of the large English-speaking community near Chantilly. Secondary classes are integrated into the timetable of Cours d'anglais pour enfants the public Collège and Lycée in Chantilly (the four hours of English tuition are paid for; APARC has an agreement with the French Ministry of Education). In tenth grade the pupils take the International GCSE in English language and literature, and most go on to take the French baccalauréat.

Directly integrated into the class corresponding to their level without a catch-up programme in French or English. We recognise that there have been many changes in the global use of English in recent decades, and pupils must be exposed to and learn to understand the full range of English that they may need. Join a Meet up group to discuss interesting topics in French (Spanish, English…) with other foreigners. An enjoyable moment, with an opportunity to converse a little in English as well.
